now,, i've made this post on tumblr a couple days back but. fragment is cancelled - it just kind of turned into somewhat of a chore for me in the past couple months? i mean, i don't feel the connection to the story or characters anymore and overall school isn't giving me that much free time,,i'll probably post the notes i've had and the unfinished copy of page like,,11?? 

i know this. might come off as a shock but honestly? it's been,, a long time coming - i haven't updated in months, i haven't even touched the file in a month and i. just don't think i'm a. confident in the story anymore and b. like the plot or even the characters anymore. and in 2018, it'll be the third year this hell is ongoing, and i have barely made it past the first gym and just. h. at the pace i'm going i won't be able to finish it in a reasonable time and i just. yeah. 

,, sorry, i just. don't feel a connection to it and.

woah, probably a tie between fragment and this story that was loosely based off undertales timelines, with a guy who had a helpful voice in his head that wasn't him slowly manipulating him, a pair of twins who could remember every timeline - one bled dust and the other could heal any injury; the only way to heal the dust bleeding was through them - someone who is dead but living, and someone who ran away from the big bad place. also, every living thing is dead. nice. i'll probably go back to it; last time i looked at it was a year ago ha h 

2. Favorite OC you've created 
this is a hard one?? i'd probably say.......one of my problematic favs? i've been developing this oc named axel, he's been through some shit and is. kind of snarky? he's also very formal but deep down he's kind of a big baby lmao

a bit of both? it depends what i'm feeling; i'll try but most likely not succeed. with sideviews in faces, though, it'll take time to improve.

    - Xavier 
Xavier is a delibird/empoleon mix - the signature tufts and general fluffiness/slight color changes compared to a purebred empoleon will begin to show once he evolves. Delibird are known for their kindness and compassion of sharing food with other pokemon, and Xavier inherits this from his delibird father, but also the speed and leadership of an empoleon. He doesn't have much pride, actually, as he has seen the aftermath of brutal trainers and even came into contact with several beaten and battered pokemon - and wishes that, just a bit, he could have taken the pain away from them. This explains his quietness and general independence as a pokemon - he has seen too many things and has thus gone into a silent stage. He also has severe trust issues from this. 

  - Leo
Even though he dislikes combat and will only do so if necessary, he primarily uses his hind legs to fight. It's an odd way to fight, but to him, he'd like to refrain from using his forelegs to fight as much as possible. have any of you ever read the pearl pokedex entry for shinx? ;D

 - Vega
Was, at one point in time, afraid of humans. Living in a deep, dark cave surrounded by other zubats, Vega didn't like the concept of humans in general - they rarely traveled alone, and always at least had a partner,  and many of them wanted to avoid zubats and called them nothing other than pesky bats. However, as time went on, she eventually began to find humans less and less scary; some more so than others. Her signature 'ukuku' laugh was created almost out of purpose to intimidate humans, and the mischief came with it. 

 - Kazza
Hooo boy. Where to begin with this lil guy. Firstly - his trainer was somewhat obsessed with trading him away for a machop, neglecting him. His old trainer would usually ignore him and talk about how one day he would be traded away for a machop, and would emotionally and verbally tear him to bits by asking him why he wasn't a machop; why he couldn't be one. He blamed it on both himself and his old trainer, but his emotional extreme distrust levels, detected by the pokeball's system [ will be touched on in roughly 2-3 pages. important stuff here. ] sent one strike on the trainer's card - Kazza had insisted on staying, hoping he could change his old trainers mind that he wasn't useless, as pokemon have a choice to stay or leave - but eventually, was traded away for Mikey. He is quiet, but always wants to prove himself to be worthy of training. His somewhat snarky attitude stemmed from the neglect his old trainer had given him.

?? - ??
?? was unfortunately raised in a cluttered environment, supposed to be a house pokemon but was soon "set free" - rather, released into an unknown, new environment, as they have little to no experience out in the wild - and left to fend for themselves. However, she traveled with ??? and are close friends with them. As the two were left to fend for themselves, ?? grew to be more caring and had almost a motherly air around her. ?? is generally a gentle, kind pokemon. Her and ??? join Niko's party, as ?? sees someone to comfort in Niko and ??? follows them.

??? - ??? 
As ?? is kind and compassionate, ???'s mindset revolves around justice and loyalty. Born and bred both a companion pokemon and fighting pokemon, naturally, it would make sense of him to be loyal and trusting to his owner. Of course, not everything is perfect in this world, and, like ??, they were left to fend for themselves. In ???'s case, however, his companion died of old age. ??? is very loyal. However, they are hesitant to trust anyone other than ??, as ???'s companion died and they don't want ?? to go through a loss like he did - rather, wishing the best for ??. It's safe to say that ?? is the only one they really trust.

XY - XY
XY is actually timid; a rare trait found in their pokemon species. They aren't scared enough to flee from trainers and be picked upon, rather they are just timid enough to not want to do new things. XY's natural fear of things stems from constantly worrying about his family territory - he lived in the wild, after all - and the constant fear that if he isn't strong enough, everything will come crashing down. XY has very low standards for themselves and regards everyone else as higher than himself.

__ - __
__ is possibly one of Niko's greatest allies in battle, providing not only knowledge but also fearsome battle techniques to the battlefield. They are quite stoic and serious and has severe trust issues; all stemming from the company their trainer works for. Underneath all those harsh words is really just them trying to find out what hope and happiness can do - they may be harsh and they may seem like they mean it, but really, with the right words, their tough shell is easily broken.
